Requirements CIDESCO / CIBTAC / SKM 1, 2 , 3 / C&G Cert or Diploma or equivalent
Sales oriented, passion for coaching, target/results driven with high initiative
Experience in operations management in aesthetic retail as well as experience in coaching & motivating people
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills in English & Chinese

Responsibilities To supervise and continuously enhance all Laurent Bleu Aesthetic & Academy operations
To plan & supervise sales & marketing activities through development & continuity of marketing plans, LB dealership network for all LB products, market surveys
To develop & monitor constant advertising & promotions activities, both internally & externally
To continuously expand Laurent Bleu Aesthetic & Academy services via sourcing & proposing new treatments / services / machines / courses
To plan & conduct all Training & Development activities e.g. training for new & current employees in the areas of product knowledge & skill improvement. To oversee, coordinate and organize seminars & training sessions, open to all internal and external customers once quarterly
To oversee management of treatment machines, equipments & stock
To maintain & enforce a high level of customer service to all internal and external customers
To plan, coordinate & monitor internal & external research projects
