| Responsibilities |
To supervise and continuously enhance all
Laurent Bleu Aesthetic & Academy operations |
| To plan & supervise sales & marketing activities
through development & continuity of marketing
plans, LB dealership network for all LB products,
market surveys |
| To develop & monitor constant advertising
& promotions activities, both internally & externally |
| To continuously expand Laurent Bleu Aesthetic
& Academy services via sourcing & proposing
new treatments / services / machines / courses |
| To plan & conduct all Training & Development
activities e.g. training for new & current employees
in the areas of product knowledge & skill improvement.
To oversee, coordinate and organize seminars
& training sessions, open to all internal and
external customers once quarterly |
| To oversee management of treatment machines,
equipments & stock |
| To maintain & enforce a high level of customer
service to all internal and external customers |
| To plan, coordinate & monitor internal &
external research projects |
