Laurent Bleu Medical Clinic is a one-stop wellness centre based in Kuala Lumpur that provides medical, diagnostic, and COVID testing services.

We are now looking for fresh new talent to fill the following positions:

Responsibilities
  • Meet/exceeds sales target and objectives as assigned by the company
  • Continuously identify, build and develops new client business by pursing business opportunities with strategic targets in key industries and cultivating relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify and evaluate new markets and partnership opportunities through direct prospecting, networking, attendance and participation with various industry professional groups or networking associations.
  • Evaluate the market for potential partners, grow referral and/or reseller relationships.
  • Develop and refine marketing material.
  • Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations to identify prospects business challenges and solutions needs
  • Stay informed of customer business opportunities, account changes, current conditions, future prospects, and competitive landscape
  • Identify, develop, and implement effective sales plans, sales tactics, and strategies
  • Maintain a high level of clinical and technical expertise to promote effective application of the product range to customer base and wider audience through; face to face and remote customer contact.
  • Forecast weekly, monthly and quarterly account revenue streams
  • Report monthly and quarterly sales and revenue status.
  • To undertake any other functions that the Management may assign from time to time.


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent.
  • 5 years’ experience in Healthcare Business Development is a prerequisite
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully expand new business and grow existing business within a vertical market
  • Good business sense
  • High pro-activeness and initiatives at work.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities
  • Provide practical and advisory physiotherapy service for patients and all medical, nursing and other allied health staff who are involved in their care
  • Initiate appropriate physiotherapy intervention programs for patients referred to the department
  • Responsible for the smooth running of the Physiotherapy Department
  • Consult and collaborate with consulting physicians and other medical professional in providing physiotherapy treatments in order to provide efficient and effective patient care
  • Responsible for all aspects of management and development of staffs in the physiotherapy department.
  • To stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, techniques and treatments available in the physiotherapy industry.


Requirements

  • Possess Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Physical Therapy from a recognized institution by the Malaysia Board of Physical Therapy
  • A member of Malaysia Physiotherapy Association
  • Minimum 5 years working experience and at least 2 years in management
  • Good command in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and oral)
Responsibilities
  • Develop creative and engaging content for regularly scheduled posts and ads.
  • Brainstorm and generate ideas and strategies for marketing campaigns according to the client’s needs and objectives.
  • Managing the company’s social media accounts (Facebook/ Instagram/ Tik Tok/ LinkedIn/ Website).
  • Collaborating with the Creative Team in visual design/ photo & video shooting to ensure that posts are engaging.
  • Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
  • Plan and schedule social media content for long and short-term objectives.
  • Manage online social media messaging and conversations.
  • Research and recommend trends, social channels and influencer.


Qualifications:

  • Candidates with minimum 2 year(s) of experience in relevant fields.
  • Possess Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field.
  • Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team.
  • Able to consistently meet deadlines, multi-tasking and problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write well in English & Malay. language skills.

  • To handle clinic phone calls and patient’s enquiries
  • Provide effective nursing care to patients.
  • Ensure patients follow clinic SOP. Ensure patient safety and execute appropriate action to ensure safe environment.
  • Responsible for clinic housekeeping
  • To assist on daily routine clinic administrative tasks
  • To assist in stock control and prepare stock report.
  • To perform other tasks as and when requested.


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Nursing or equivalent.
  • Registered with Malaysia Nursing Board and possess a valid APC.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin would be an added advantage.

Senior Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

  5. Ensure patients follow clinic SOP. Ensure patient safety and execute appropriate action to ensure safe environment.
  6. Responsible for clinic housekeeping
